1. Agreement to Terms Welcome to Fraveon. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Products & Fragrances Fraveon offers a curated selection of fragrances. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and scent profiles are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Fragrance is a personal experience. Scent perception varies between individuals based on skin
chemistry, environment, and personal preference. We are unable to guarantee that a fragrance will smell the same on every customer.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order with Fraveon, you represent that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Fraveon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
• Item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@fraveon.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Fraveon website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product names, photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Fraveon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Privacy Your use of Fraveon website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties Fraveon products and services are provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraveon disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fraveon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms Fraveon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
