Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.

• Return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

Destroyed in transit

If the order is damaged in transit, i.e. tracking showing damage occurred during transit, the buyer can request refund with the screenshot of tracking as a proof. Please note: Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

 

To initiate a return, contact our support team, at info@fraveon.com, with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is due to our error.
